This is a data-driven industry which demands a methodical and pragmatic work ethic. The leg work is unavoidable and can be monotonous a times. But we enjoy looking for the evidence and making adjustments at a micro level as we know collectively these can have a big impact.
We’re as happy knee deep in data preparing for a migration as we are conceptualising a strategy with a new start up.

We believe in family and work life balance. We do have children to collect and drop off and we fit our work around them.
We love real ale and cricket. At the same time if at all possible.
We tend to set aside blocks of time to work on a project as we work better when fully immersed in a project.
